The Interim Talent Delivery & HR Digital Transformation Lead will drive recruitment delivery and enable digital transformation across the People function. This role ensures seamless talent acquisition during a period of change while supporting the implementation of People technology, automation, and process improvements aligned with operational excellence principles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Change & Transformation Support 
    • Act as a liaison between People Team and key business stakeholders during the digital transformation. 
    • Provide feedback on people process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency. 
    • Contribute to roadmap for digital colleague journey and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with OPEX principles. 
    • Support implementation of recruitment technology and digital tools to enable automation and improved colleague experience. 
    • Apply project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and deliver transformation milestones. 
  • Recruitment Delivery 
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. 
    • Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and processes during transition. 
    • Update and manage centralised Job Descriptions library in line with our skills-based approach. 
    • Utilise technical tools and data insights to optimize recruitment workflows and reporting. 
  • Direct Sourcing & Talent Pools 
    • Proactively source candidates using digital tools, social platforms, and talent networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, EB Campaigns). 
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles using automation-enabled sourcing strategies. 
    • Leverage market intelligence and technical analytics to inform sourcing decisions. 
  • Internal Talent Mobility 
    • Support redeployment and career development initiatives. 
    • Use data-driven insights and OPEX frameworks to identify internal mobility opportunities and reduce redundancy risk. 
  • Stakeholder Partnership 
    • Advise hiring managers on market trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices (LinkedIn Talent Insights, Industry Talent news). 
    • Collaborate with People & Culture colleagues to align recruitment with workforce planning and transformation goals. 
    • Communicate technical and process changes effectively to stakeholders. 

Requirements

  • Strong experience in recruitment and direct sourcing. 
  • Technical proficiency with People systems (technology), automation tools, and data analytics. 
  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and reporting. 
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a dynamic, evolving environment. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with OPEX principles and continuous improvement methodologies. 
  • Understanding of internal mobility and talent development principles. 
  • Core Skills: Change Implementation Planning, Project Management, Resourcing, Talent Management, Relationship Management 

 

ABOUT YOU 

  • Previous experience in People (HR) role within a digital transformation environment. 
  • Has led transformation projects or process improvement initiatives using project management frameworks. 
  • Comfortable working in a fixed-term, transitional capacity. 
  • Exposure to automation technologies and operational excellence practices.
