About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager for a three-month interim assignment within the real estate industry in Amsterdam. This role is crucial in establishing and managing contracts with property managers, ensuring strong financial controls and, risk management standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Lead negotiations and establish contractual agreements with property managers, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Financial Compliance: Implement procurement controls in alignment with Dutch banking regulations and financial best practices.

  • Risk & Control Oversight: Ensure all procurement activities meet stringent financial controls and risk management standards.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, finance teams, and legal advisors to streamline procurement processes.

  • Process Optimization: Enhance procurement frameworks to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness within real estate operations.
