What you will do 
We're looking for a remarkable
part-time Internal Communication Strategy Specialist to ensure the Tony’s team remains informed and engaged during an interim period of approximately 6 months. Tony’s is a growing global organization, and you play an active role in supporting our change journey by creating a communication strategy that supports our growth ambitions. 

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our global internal communication strategy. You'll take charge of crafting and coordinating a content strategy across various key communication moments and channels, including all-hands (online) meetings, other global and local company meetings, newsletters, and other internal communications platforms. Through strong business partnering, clear expectations, feedback loops and brilliant execution you make sure that all internal communication moments are impactful, disciplined and aligned. While in charge of creating the strategy, you’re not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and taking the first steps of also implementing that strategy. You will report to our Head of Organizational Change and collaborate closely with our office teams across our markets to bring the strategy to life.

You will be in charge of: 

  • Internal communications strategy: Designing and developing our internal communication strategy, focusing on business year ‘25/’26 and a bit further ahead, with further growth in the horizon. While writing this strategy you will collaborate, align, and ask for feedback from various business stakeholders and ensure that our processes, standards, and templates are adjusted to the business needs.  

  • Clear internal communications calendar: Building on a set of brilliant basics while aligning with Tony’s strategy, objectives, and core values. 

  • Content creation: Designing and setting the standard for engaging and informative content including newsletters, announcements, presentations and visual materials. 

  • Training materials: Developing an internal communications training for leaders in how to upgrade communication skills and set a standard on how to go about internal comms.
