IGA Transformation Project Manager (Interim)
Key Requirement: Hands-on SailPoint IGA Rollout Experience

We are looking for a Project Manager with direct, end-to-end experience delivering SailPoint IGA implementations. This is not a generalist PM role. The ideal candidate has project-managed a full SailPoint rollout, understands the underlying technical components, and can effectively bridge discussions between engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders - without being a pure technologist.

Core Responsibilities
The PM will lead the ongoing IGA transformation programme, with responsibility for managing delivery across all major phases:

• Technical design

• Build phase (kicking off mid-month)

• Testing & validation

• Go-live and hypercare

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow in complex, multi-country environments.

• A techno-functional project manager who can grasp technical architecture, data flows, integrations, and configuration implications—but is also comfortable driving timelines, RAID management, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

• Ability to “connect the dots” across identity lifecycle processes, access modelling, workflows, and compliance requirements.

• Strong communication and coordination skills to manage a diverse, cross-border delivery team (approx. 6 people, internal & external).

• Familiarity with tools such as MS Project and Azure; experience with broader identity management concepts and frameworks.

• Duration: 6 months, with potential extension

• Rates: Case-by-case, competitive with other suppliers
