Interim Head of Human Resources

Envirogen is looking for an immediately available Interim Head of Human Resources to join our team on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.

We are a leading SME in engineered design and delivery of specialist water treatment solutions to industry.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function in the UK, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the company's values. You will lead the HR team - HR Advisor, Reception/Admin and Talent Acquisiton.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR management role, ideally in an engineering/manufacturing business
  • Experience managing a HR team, including talent acquisition, HR coordination, and administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK laws and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work collaboratively with global counterparts.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations
