About the role: What's in the Box
As an Interim Finance & Accounting Manager, you will help ensure the financial integrity of our Benelux entities while providing leadership to a talented finance team. During this maternity cover assignment, you will play a key role in keeping our accounting operations running smoothly across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
You will work closely with our Senior Director of Finance (Benelux & Nordics) and collaborate with teams across Production, Logistics, Marketing, HR, and Group Finance. Your role will sit at the intersection of local statutory requirements, tax compliance, and group reporting, ensuring accuracy while supporting the team through a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where you will maintain financial stability, support the team, and ensure key accounting and tax processes continue to run smoothly during a critical period for the business.
