Interactive Visual Designer

As an Interactive Visual Designer in the design team, you will shape user experiences for our client’s digital channels, ensuring that each interaction is intuitive, engaging, and reflects design excellence. You will design vibrant, usable, and technically sound visual experiences across digital touchpoints for our clients. You will focus on the intersection of motion, interface, and visual storytelling — enhancing usability through aesthetic and interactive visual designs. You will collaborate closely with UX, product, engineering, and design teams to bring ideas and concepts to life while maintaining visual and brand integrity.

Your work will ensure that every screen, transition, micro-interaction, and visual asset aligns with established design ethos, elevating the creative vision and brand experience.

Location - Mumbai 

Role Requirements

  • 6-8 years’ experience in visual, interactive, or UI design roles within agency, product, or digital studio environments

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating interactive and/or motion-focused design across web & mobile form factors

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Principle, Framer, etc.)

  • Solid grounding in typography, layout, color, iconography, and visual hierarchy

  • Experience designing responsive/ adaptive interfaces across multiple platforms

  • Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and style guides

  • Basic understanding of front-end (HTML, CSS, JS) for developer collaboration

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field

  • Strong visual eye: balance, polish, and design integrity

  • Ability to craft smooth, thoughtful interactions and motion design

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for pixel perfection and consistency

  • Skilled at usability evaluation, prototyping, and iteration

  • Comfortable working in a multi disciplinary set up and at client locations

  • Curious and experimental — actively exploring trends, tools, and new techniques

  • Resilient in fast-paced environments, adaptable to ambiguity and shifting priorities

  • Proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and accountability from ideation to delivery

  • Possess great written and verbal communication skills
