About us:
At Reapra, we believe in redefining entrepreneurship and pioneering a new way of not just venture building, but also industry building. Contrary to the traditional ways of building idea-first businesses, we are dedicated to nurturing future entrepreneurs with a vision to solve systemic problems for the next generation. The Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) program takes centrestage in our methodology, where aspiring entrepreneurs deep dive into their own unique identities. The IFD Program guides aspiring entrepreneurs through a self-discovery process to help discern if there is sufficient overlap and compatibility with Reapra’s philosophy of Mastery by Co-creation with Society (MCCwS). This in turn will provide crucial insights in Reapra’s investment approval and decision-making process.
About Intensive Foundation Design:
This self-discovery program explores an individual’s identity and natural inclinations to ensure alignment with our philosophy of Mastery by Co-creation with Society (MCCwS)—a unique approach to impactful business and industry building. IFD is not a traditional program with a curriculum, but an introspective exploration of a potential founder’s personal background, linking personal experiences to career decisions and future business building.
By first understanding their past (childhood memories, experiences, interactions with the environment) and their present (unique tendencies and identity today), we work with them to identify and shape their future and mastery (life mission, mastery theme, visions in business & industry building). By embarking on this journey, it is an opportunity to translate one’s unique identity and life mission into a Mastery Theme, guiding their paths toward addressing long-term systemic challenges, potentially reshaping industries, and creating a vision for the future within their entrepreneurial endeavors.
About the role:
As a IFD specialist, you will work closely with aspiring entrepreneurs who are interested in our philosophy of Mastery by Co-creation with Society (MCCwS) and facilitate the IFD program for them. Besides being the main facilitator for aspiring founders, you may also be required to support other facilitators in their sessions as co-supporters.
You will be responsible for maintaining and tracking both qualitative and quantitative documentation for program participants. Patience and perseverance is also necessary to effectively support individuals navigating challenging personal and professional transitions. The role requires working with participants from diverse backgrounds, making cultural sensitivity and strong cross-cultural communication skills essential.
Note: You are required to go through a version of IFD to have first-hand experience of the program.
