The position as Intelligence Analyst serves as a focal point for KYC/KYS project, conduct recurrent and ah-hoc due diligence in support of the security function.

Experience

- Provide support in conducting analysis regarding business partner portfolio in the process of

KYC/KYS (know your customers/suppliers).

- Interact with key internal stakeholders to outline operational and reputational risks for the client's business partners.

- Provide support and assistance in case of ad-hoc requests in performing recurrent due diligence and open-source intelligence gathering in support to the security function.

- Contribute to support relevant stakeholders to mitigate their risks exposure while engaging with third parties.

- Participate to the vendor evaluations process and identify and propose mitigation strategies if applicable.

- Conduct in-depth research, compile information, and analyze data to produce reports and assessments on specific topics to anticipate potential threats to the Company.

- Leverage on data analytics to provide insights that aid businesses in making informed decisions related to business operation and/or strategical investments.

- Good skills in MS Office365 suite

- Knowledge and experience in SAP ECC system (preferred)

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Any other European language is considered a plus/

 

Requirements

- Degree in Data Science, Economics, Law, or any other related fields (preferred).

- 2-4 years of work experience in the relevant industries with proven track records of prior

experience as OSINT analyst, business intelligence analysts, threat intelligence.

- Experience in a multinational business environment or cross matrix organizations will be

considered a plus.

- Previous work experience with BI tool and data visualization tools will be helpful.

- Ability to interpret raw data into actionable intelligence.

- Business acumen and ability to work independently within an international team.

- Result-oriented, problem solving attitude and attention to detail.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Availability and flexibility to support colleagues based in different time zone

- Fluency in English is mandatory and another European language is considered a plus
