We are a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol that recently secured $50 million in funding from world-class investors including Ribbit Capital, a16z crypto, and Coinbase Ventures. With over $9 billion in assets supplied, our protocol is setting a new standard for open, efficient, and resilient lending.

We are scaling our team to establish our protocol as a cornerstone of a new internet-native financial system. We are looking for a technical, partner-facing Solutions Engineer to accelerate our expansion across the APAC region.

Your mission is to provide technical guidance and support to crypto-native partners and integrators within their timezone. By leveraging your fluency in Mandarin and English, you will enable faster implementation cycles and forge stronger partnerships across the region's most influential platforms.

What You Will Do

• Technical BD Support: Join partner-facing calls to answer technical questions and scope integrations, building deep trust with APAC-based development teams.
• Prototyping: Build proof-of-concepts, code snippets, and custom dashboards for integrators to accelerate their implementation of our protocol.
• Real-time Support: Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting to APAC integrators through Telegram and Slack channels to unblock challenges in real-time.
• Documentation & Feedback: Improve developer documentation based on integrator feedback and forward bugs/product insights to our internal engineering teams.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify gaps in our integration support processes to enhance how we serve builders globally.

Requirements

• Professional Tenacity: 5+ years of software development experience.
• Web3 Native: 3+ years working specifically on blockchain or web3 projects.
• Partner-Facing Background: 3+ years as an Integration Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Developer Relations professional.
• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and practical knowledge of Solidity.
• Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential to bridge language gaps with major regional platforms.
• Writing: Technical writing experience with the ability to create clear, concise documentation and tutorials.

Optional but Valuable:

• Experience with Python, Rust, or Go.
