Integration Support Senior Staff

TLDR

Support system integration and reconciliation for major merchants while collaborating with diverse teams to enhance onboarding processes and documentation management.

1. System Integration:

  • Process Upload Document Merchant or Partner indodana to system.
  • Update tagging location event and change tagging location on store from sales team request

2. Reconciliation:

  • Process reconciliation for Big merchant Zalora.

3. Documentation:

  • Manage and Save Reporting team Integration and partnership campaign officer
  • Manage and Save Document merchant or Partner Indodana on google drive
  • Manage and Save QR static and access merchant dashboard indodana merchant on google drive

4. Collaboration:

  • Working closely with teams, including Fraud Team, Sales Team, Business Development Team, and other Stakeholders to support successful onboarding merchant integration.
  • Bachelor's Degree a related field
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome, based in Jabodetabek
  • 1 years of experience in a related field
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable, and be focused on deliverables
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • A self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Truthful, accurate, dynamic, and proactive, with a passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.
