ABOUT THE ROLE
The Integration Specialist at Trustly plays a key role in guiding new and existing merchants through the integration process. This role is primarily focused on integrations within financial services and e-commerce. The Integration team ensures that merchants successfully integrate Trustly's API, enabling them to fully leverage our products and maximize the value. The team is based in Stockholm.
What you'll do
Manage multiple merchant integrations simultaneously, leading the technical discussions with stakeholders across various organizational levels
Support merchants during the integration process - you will also be working with Trustly’s Partners, Payment Service Providers (PSP’s)
Make sure that merchants have integrated our API correctly before they go live
Support our commercial teams in technical discussions with our merchants
Improve the API documentation, processes, and routines within the Integration team
Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience working in a technical role
You are incredibly service-minded and customer-focused, with a great interest in and understanding of technology
You are solution-driven with a strong analytical ability and resourceful when it comes to solving problems
You have a basic understanding of computer networking, HTTP, and SQL
Prior experience in programming, mobile app development, system integration, and/or online payments is considered a valuable asset
You are a team player and comfortable working independently
You are flexible, able to shift tasks and priorities as needed
