- This role is for candidates based in New Zealand or Australia
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and diagnostics for Weirdly products and solutions
- Work with the team to design and develop software to meet product requirements as prioritized by the product owner
- Understanding, researching, designing, documenting, implementing and managing of developed software to meet customer requirements
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Identifying areas for improvement within the existing product or for the delivery performance toward our customers and improvement solution
- Writing and implementing quality code with best practices in mind
- Determining operational practicality
- Developing quality assurance products
- Deployment processes and metrics to align with the company goals and support software development and implementation
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems
- Collaborate with all Weirdly teams and customers including, product team, UX designers, business and system analysts
- Providing user support and resolve issues raised within a timely manner and in light with our SLAs
