Integration Designer (IBM Datapower)

InnovationTeam is a leading technology solutions provider that delivers innovative and customized solutions to our clients. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Integration Designer with IBM Datapower background to join our team.

As an Integration Designer/Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Designing integrations using IBM integration technologies with focus on Datapower.
• Working closely with clients, Business Analysts, End-to-End Solution Architects, other application designers to understand their requirements and objectives.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance in integration design and development.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of integration solutions.
• Identifying and resolving any issues or bugs in the integration solutions.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest integration technologies and best practices.

The ideal candidate for this role has:

• Experience in designing and developing integrations using IBM integration technologies specifically Datapower as well as other IBM integration products such as IBM API Connect and IBM APP Connect.
• Experience in working with various data formats and transformation techniques such as XSLT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Communicate using English spoken and written).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders. 
• Experience in IBM products Infrastructure design, setup, configurations and best practices
• Strong debugging and analysis skills to track and identify issues’ root cases
• Strong knowledge of API design standards, patterns, and best practices
• Experience in design and development of multiple services based on different standards for SOAP / REST, web services, data integration techniques, messaging
• Available to be on-site in KSA

Requirements

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in end-to-end integrations solution design
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and developing integrations using IBM integration technologies.
• Proficiency in IBM integration technologies specifically Datapower as well as other IBM integration products such as IBM API Connect and IBM APP Connect.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, protocols, and standards.
• Experience in working with various data formats and transformation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Communicate using English spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Experience in KSA and/or MEA region.
• Experience in government organizations.
• Experience in Telecom domain.
• Deep Knowledge with XSLT and experience using it in DataPower.
• Knowledge of OpenShift Technologies and deployment of IBM products using OpenShift.
• Available to be on-site in KSA full-time.
• Communicate using Arabic spoken and written.
• Knowledge of other API Management and ESB Integration tools (SoftwareAG webmethods & API Gateway, APIGEE, MuleSoft…etc).
