Key responsibilites

Social Media Execution & Growth

  • Own and grow organic social media across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, podcast platforms, etc..
  • Manage social calendars, posting cadence, and cross-brand coordination
  • Execute consistent cross-promotion of products, launches, content, events, and podcasts
  • Publish and optimize thought leadership, blogs, product launches, podcast clips, PR moments, and short-form video
  • Execute paid social campaigns in partnership with Product Marketing, following provided strategy, messaging, and budget guidelines
  • Update and maintain social profiles and listings to ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visuals across all channels
  • Monitor performance and actively work to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth


Podcast Social Promotion

  • Own social promotion for company podcasts
  • Coordinate episode announcements, clips, quotes, and ongoing promotion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the podcast agency to ensure timelines, assets, and promotion plans are executed smoothly
  • Ensure consistent promotion before and after episode releases
  • Track engagement and visibility trends


In-Person and Virtual Events & Sponsorship Management

  • Partner with Product Marketing to research and evaluate in-person and virtual events and sponsorships
  • Coordinate all aspects of event sponsorship execution and vendor communication
  • Align with Sales, Product Marketing, and internal attendees
  • Plan and execute pre-event promotion
  • Work with procurement to order swag and materials
  • Support on-site logistics as needed
  • Coordinate post-event reporting and recommendations


Reporting, AI & Automation

  • Maintain basic performance reporting for social, podcast promotion, and events
  • Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders
  • Use AI tools to assist with copy drafts, summaries, and ideation
  • Use automation tools for scheduling and repeatable processes


Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, and/or events
  • Hands-on experience managing social media calendars and publishing
  • Experience supporting or coordinating in-person events or sponsorships
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with basic social and event reporting
  • Interest in using AI and automation tools
