Integrated Marketing Manager

Material Bank is seeking a strategic, creative, and performance-minded Integrated Marketing leader to own creative strategy for all paid social channels. This role exists to transform insights into breakthrough creative that fuels measurable growth, strengthens brand equity, and scales what works globally. Sitting at the intersection of brand and performance, you will shape the creative direction across paid social channels while building a disciplined learning agenda that continuously improves results.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on both creative excellence and commercial outcomes. You will partner cross functionally with Brand and Integrated Marketing, Lifecycle, and Performance Marketing to translate data into compelling storytelling, establish scalable systems, and build a repeatable engine for creative success. The ideal candidate will be located in Boston, MA. 
 
What You’ll Do
  • Own creative strategy, planning, and execution across all paid social channels, including Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Translate winning paid social concepts across regions, ensuring creative is optimized for local audiences and not simply translated
  • Oversee EU localization and translation development for paid campaigns
  • Build and manage a scalable UGC creator pipeline, leveraging organic content and strategic partnerships
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, contracts, and billing for partnerships within scope
  • Lead the paid social learning agenda across North America and Europe, driving structured testing and iteration
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to turn reporting and insights into actionable creative improvements
  • Identify and test creative approaches that support overall channel growth and efficiency goals
  • Develop repeatable creative templates to support Field team events
  • Streamline event related creative to improve speed, consistency, and production efficiency
  • Create email templates for the Field team that increase engagement and simplify execution
  • Ensure all creative is on brand, audience specific, and aligned to funnel stage and vertical strategy
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience leading paid social creative strategy with a strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR and ROAS
  • Deep knowledge of platform best practices across Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Experience building and scaling structured creative testing programs and learning agendas
  • Ability to translate data and reporting into clear creative direction and performance improvements
  • Experience working across regions and adapting creative for different markets
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, vendors, contracts, and budgets
  • Experience developing creative templates and systems that improve team efficiency
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to partner cross functionally across Brand, Performance, Lifecycle, and Field teams
  • A strong creative eye paired with a performance driven approach
  • Comfort operating in a fast paced, growth oriented environment where testing and iteration are core to success
