The Integrated Campaign Manager drives the execution of integrated demand programs that generate and accelerate pipeline across priority segments. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to translate strategy into high-impact campaign execution across channels.

You are accountable for delivering measurable pipeline outcomes through performance-driven campaigns, paid media execution, in-market demand capture, and coordinated ABM programs. This is a hands-on role focused on precision, accountability, and continuous optimization.


What You’ll Do

Pipeline & Campaign Performance Ownership

(Marketing – Demand Generation: Lead Generation, Lead Management)

  • Deliver against quarterly pipeline and meeting targets for assigned segments

  • Build and execute campaign plans that drive pipeline creation and acceleration

  • Identify performance gaps and take action to improve outcomes

  • Ensure campaigns are aligned to revenue goals and sales priorities

Integrated Campaign Execution

(Marketing – Demand Generation: Campaign Planning & Execution)

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, web, SDR, ABM, partner, and field channels

  • Develop campaign briefs defining audience, message, offer, CTA, and journey

  • Maintain high standards across targeting, QA, tracking, and user experience

  • Manage and optimize a cross-channel campaign calendar

Paid Media & Demand Capture

(Marketing – Demand Generation: Lead Generation, Marketing Automation)

  • Own execution and optimization of paid media across search, social, and programmatic channels

  • Manage budgets, pacing, and channel mix to maximize return on spend

  • Execute SEM programs to capture in-market demand and improve conversion

  • Partner on SEO and demand capture strategies to align paid and organic efforts

  • Leverage intent data and testing frameworks to improve targeting and performance

ABM & Account Engagement

(Marketing – Demand Generation, Sales Enablement)

  • Execute coordinated ABM programs across paid, email, SDR, web, and field channels

  • Translate account intent signals into actionable engagement strategies

  • Drive buying group engagement and accelerate account progression

  • Activate target accounts using platforms such as 6sense

Sales Alignment, Measurement & Optimization

(Sales Revenue Operations: Performance Metrics & Reporting; Marketing Automation)

  • Partner with Sales and SDR teams to improve meeting conversion and pipeline progression

  • Strengthen follow-up strategies, routing, and handoffs to improve conversion rates

  • Deliver campaign-level reporting with clear insights into performance and pipeline impact

  • Track funnel metrics, pipeline, velocity, and ROI

  • Run structured tests to improve targeting, messaging, offers, and conversion paths

  • Partner with Marketing Ops on campaign setup, attribution, and data integrity


What You’ll Bring

Your Background

  • 6+ years of B2B demand generation experience, including enterprise or complex sales cycles

  • Proven track record executing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes

  • Strong hands-on experience managing paid media (search, social, programmatic)

  • Experience executing SEM programs focused on demand capture and conversion optimization

  • Experience supporting or executing ABM programs (6sense or similar preferred)

  • Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM systems

  • Exceptional attention to detail in campaign execution and reporting

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action

  • Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries

  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams

  • Familiarity with intent data and account-based targeting strategies

  • Experience with webinars, events, or field marketing programs
