The Intake Team Lead oversees project intake processes, including ERP (NetSuite) assessments, product ordering, and daily lab operations. The Job to be done:

· Handles manually inputting important project details directly into an electronic format, creating spreadsheets with copious amounts of information and numbers of figures

· Will be able to learn all aspects of the Preservation process and join team in production in order to meet goals

· Demonstrates the ability to use newly constructed data spreadsheets to order products from vendor Kofile (Enduro) Products

· Strategizes with Production Supervisor for daily/weekly/monthly forecasted operational execution

· Supports lab workflow as detailed by the Production Supervisor

· Develops cross-functional relationships with other departments, as well as with customers

· Maintain a culture of Safety including leading by example

· Complies with data integrity and client security policies

· Implement operational policies and procedures

· Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale

· Provide daily production/quality feedback

· Submits project intakes and ERP: NetSuite assessments in a timely manner

· Identifies process improvement opportunities and partner with Production Supervisor for implementation

· Builds partnerships with operational peers to ensure open communication and seamless collaboration

· Unites with Kofile management and staff to meet our customer’s needs and delivery schedules.

· Works alongside team members driving efficiency and quality workmanship

· Completes project intakes and ERP: NetSuite assessments in full and accurately

· Ensures that established work standards are being followed and work quantity and quality standards are being consistently met.

· Maintains quality while enforcing organization standards

· Communicates any production delays or problems immediately to the staff or to Kofile management.

· Ability to operate a power industrial lift for the loading, unloading and movement of product.

· Provides accurate, highly detail templates for ordering key product for production to ensure a smooth workflow.

· Orders placed in a timely fashion so as not to delay the production schedule and forecast.

· Education: High School diploma or GED

· Minimum 2-4 years’ experience with Data Entry in an inventory, production environment, or in a similar role

· Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word

· Minimum 50 wpm typing ability

· Excellent communication skills with ability to self-lead / self-motivate

· Must be able to communicate clearly, comprehend and take direction

· A solid understanding of operations management and organizational methods

· Problem solving skills

· Detailed-oriented with great organizational attributes

· Leadership ability, in addition to a highly organized approach to leadership

· Must be able to sit or stand extended periods of time

· Able to lift minimum 25 lbs. repetitively
