Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Front End Developer to join our team with around 5 years of total experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Vue.JS development combined with proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and industry best practices. Prefer FS domain experience with expertise in PE investment banking.
Key Responsibilities:

Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications

Collaboration: Work closely with team members, project managers and other stakeholders to align project deliverables with business requirements.

Code Quality: Ensure high standards of code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and optimize.

Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including code comments, technical specifications, and user guides.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and debug complex issues across applications, collaborating with teams to ensure efficient resolution.

Security Compliance: Ensure that all development practices adhere to security standards and data governance policies, particularly in the financial services industry.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks and industry best practices to enhance the project’s technology stack.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Vue.JS; React JS can be considered as long as you are ready to learn Vue.
- Experience in financial services – PE investment banking
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience working with cloud platforms
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Python, SQL and database integration
- RESTful services and API development
- Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment
- Understanding of data governance and security standards in the financial industry
