Insurance Product Operations Associate

The Role: Gravie is looking for an Insurance Product Operations Associate. You will manage our Insurance Product operational work while working closely with nearly every team at Gravie to support our insurance plan portfolio. You’ll have full ownership and accountability for your projects and work closely with a small, high-impact team. Your work will build Gravie’s differentiation in the market, support our strategic goals, and build towards our mission of building a health plan everyone can love.  You will: Manage insurance product projects to build and launch new project features, including identifying workstreams, managing timelines, and managing stakeholders  Create, document, and improve insurance product processes to support Gravie products as we grow and scale  Configure and own the end-to-end documentation creation and management process for our plan portfolio, ensuring any plan changes are captured, documented and issued in a compliant and timely manner  Take on other projects based on your skill set and interests    You bring:  2+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, or other relevant work   Strong fundamental grasp of project management tools and process improvement approaches  A strong attention to detail and ownership mindset, coupled with understanding the big-picture context of the details you’re owning An ability to quickly absorb and learn new concepts and ideas Strong Excel, SQL, or other logical coding skills for required configuration of documentation Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required Extra credit:  Experience with health insurance  Previous startup company experience Gravie:  In order to create a more equitable and sustainable future for employer-sponsored health insurance, we need talented people doing amazing work. The salary range for this position is $81,365 - $108,487 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.   Our unique benefits program is the gravy, i.e., the special sauce that sets our compensation package apart.
