Position: Insurance Agent
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Full-Time, Remote Work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies.
- Market and promote various insurance products to potential clients through networking and outreach.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist clients with policy claims and inquiries, ensuring a seamless and supportive process.
- Stay informed on current insurance policies, regulations, and market trends to effectively advise clients.
- Achieve sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and policy documents to clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or finance is advantageous.
- Valid insurance license in the applicable state; additional certifications (CIC, CPCU) are a plus.
- Proven experience as an insurance agent or similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
