About the Role
We are a high-growth company in a fast-growing market, we have big ambitions, and we are evolving our Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you will be working with the Revenue Enablement team, with managing direction from Highspot’s Sr. Learning Experience Design Manager, in coordination with the Sr. Director, Revenue Enablement - L&D. The Revenue Enablement function at Highspot is an integral part of the company.
What You’ll Do
- In this role, you will be responsible for supporting learning design and related course builds that bring our core GTM competencies to life, including, but not limited to, our sales methodology, product learning, process training, onboarding and initiative-based learning.
- The role takes on a combination of instructional design and design thinking - maximizing the role of Highspot technology to scale learning and drive the right sales behaviors and messaging - all with a focus on driving engagement and action.
- The role requires effective project management and communication skills, the ability to create and innovate the design & governance of learning content and the ability to leverage the Highspot platform and related design tools to create compelling content.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in visual and multimedia design skills (graphic, video, etc.), content design and writing that meet modern learner expectations and drive engagement
- Understanding of user experience design and adult learning theory
- Become a platform expert, leveraging Highspot technology and innovative instructional design approaches to drive results
- Partners with SMEs to gather and create courses
- Executes on course authoring/design in Highspot system
- Owns course maintenance and governance
- Ability to work in HTML/rich text editor
- Understanding of accessibility and ALT text on images
- Systems and process learning design and asset builds
- Graphic design capabilities via Canva
- Familiarity and fluency with video design tools and video editing
- Proficient in project management skills with the ability to identify, prioritize and execute on projects
- Strong communication skills and proactive problem solving
- Create innovative approaches to learning design that maximize engagement and drive action
Qualificaitons
- 2+ years of related experience in Instructional Design, Visual & Multimedia Design or related fields
- Previous experience with HTML/rich text editor
- Technical fluency across instructional design tools/platforms
- Innovative approach to technology and modern learning design
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Quick to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter - can take an initiative and hit the ground running with little to no direction
