Institutional Real Estate Portfolio Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• Lead and execute commercial real estate transactions, including onboarding, marketing and negotiations.
• Oversee the management of a diverse, multi-state portfolio of institutional and privately owned real estate assets.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for portfolio matters.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement and proactively resolve challenge.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and operations teams to facilitate seamless transaction execution and portfolio management.
• Prepare and present clear, concise reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or ten years’ experience managing high-volume national real estate portfolios.
• Extensive experience in institutional real estate, with a focus on commercial transactions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and provide actionable solutions.
• Proven track record of managing multi-state real estate portfolios.
• Expertise in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
