Compensation

• Paid Training: Earn while you learn to become a Certified Bath Fitter Installer.
• Performance Pay: Once certified, earn a percentage of each job’s value — the better you perform, the more you make.
• Productivity Bonuses: Extra earnings for efficiency and quality work.
• Hourly Pay for Service Work: Get paid hourly for any additional service or warranty work. 

What You’ll Do 

• Install Bath Fitter’s premium acrylic systems in just one day.
• Use your hands-on trade skills to deliver precise, high-quality workmanship.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional job site.
• Educate customers on care and maintenance of their new installation.
• Represent Bath Fitter’s reputation for excellence and craftsmanship. 

What You Bring 

• Hands-On Trade Experience: 2+ years in mechanics, drywall, glazing, carpentry, or construction.
• Attention to Detail: Skilled in measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing with precision.
• Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using power tools, levels, and hand tools — basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required).
• Professionalism: You take pride in your work, value safety, and enjoy seeing the finished product.
