Requirements

• Monitor requests from the field technicians and assist with tasks such as activating G.hn endpoints, switch ports, adjusting throttle and other troubleshooting assistance.
• Dispatch/route optimization for NY, PA, CT, and NJ areas in the US.
• Audit completed installs to ensure proper information has been captured.
• Ensuring technicians close out their jobs and help them make changes to the calendar.
• Contact customers via phone, text or email for scheduling purposes.
• Weekly announcement to technician/installation team with previous weeks audit results.
• Assist with all requests from the Director of Installation Services to help manage the daily operations.
