BIG PICTURE:

We are seeking a Instagram and TikTok Coordinator to lead Dhar’s personal content strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the cutting edge of digital culture, has proven success building communities on short-form video platforms, and knows how to turn trends into high-performing, brand-aligned content. You’ll own Dhar’s TikTok and Instagram accounts end-to-end—from strategy and planning to posting and engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with Dhar to develop content calendars, brainstorm new ideas, and optimize every post for growth, reach, and impact.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Content Calendar Management: Develop, organize, and maintain a strategic posting schedule for TikTok and Instagram.
• Content Creation & Execution: Partner with Dhar to brainstorm, script, and produce short-form video content.
• Publishing & Engagement: Manage day-to-day posting, ensure quality and timeliness, and actively engage with the community.
• Trendspotting & Experimentation: Identify new trends, formats, and sounds, and test innovative approaches to maximize growth.
• Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth), and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Dhar Mann Studios’ broader creative and marketing teams to align personal channels with the overall brand mission.
• Community Development: Support Dhar in engaging with fans, cultivating loyal followers, and fostering a positive, interactive presence online.
  
  

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok and Instagram for a high-growth brand, media company, or creator.
• Proven track record of driving engagement and follower growth on short-form video platforms.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong creative instincts with the ability to generate viral content ideas.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative, proactive, and positive mindset with the ability to work directly with a high-profile creator.
• Passion for motivational and inspirational storytelling.
  
  

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The Social Media Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Shorts and Dhar Mann.

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

Our studio headquarters is in Burbank, CA, with flexibility to be where Dhar is (Calabasas, San Diego, Hollywood).

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to post in real-time, including occasional evenings and weekends to capture timely opportunities.
