What We’re Looking For
Become a part of Meltwater's Insights team, the professional services arm of our business, where you'll play an essential role in delivering bespoke reports and managing projects for our key Enterprise clients. As a core Senior Insights Project Manager, you will play a critical role in both pre-sales and delivery stages of client report projects, leading a wide portfolio to maintain standards of quality, efficiency, and account growth. Working closely with country directors and other project managers, you will bring your expertise to the table, aiding in the development of intricate solutions, and offer technical guidance to sales teams and customers while addressing challenges through research and consultation with internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
- Lead a critical portfolio of clients, product insightful thoughts in reports, engaging in day-to-day client work, collaborating on complex deals with country directors and project managers.
- Manage tasks such as manual curated newsletters, bespoke research reports, and other professional services deliveries.
- Be an expert of data collection and research methodology
- Understand and interpret clients' requirements and business processes, ensuring alignment with our services.
- Supports the scoping and quoting process of new and existing business.
- Support the professional services function with internal learning experiences, preparing collaterals, and sharing industry knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales, client success, and support organizations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize our global project management tool to monitor project workload, project profitability, project efficiency and assignments effectively.
- Be flexible with work hours, covering quality control processes and report production when necessary, with prior agreement.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree, with a preference for Media or Statistics modules.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects across verticals in a short turnaround time
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites, strong familiarity with Excel analytics, some familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, particularly in report writing.
- Passion for entrepreneurship, technology, SaaS industry, and media intelligence, with a regular consumption of news/media.
- Prior exposure to software demonstrations and sales processes from prospecting to closing business is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative team player with a mature and self-starting attitude, dedicated to leveraging data analytics for client success.
- Willingness to embrace the best of both worlds with our hybrid work schedule. This role requires you to be in the office 3 days a week
- The ability to legally work in the country of hire is required for this position.
