Insights Intern (Based in Jakarta, Indonesia)

Job Description: 

You will work closely with our Insights and B2B Marketing team to drive and support research initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Support end to end market research projects. 

• Recruit and coordinate research respondents. 

• Collect and analyse primary (qualitative and quantitative) as well as secondary data. 

• Work closely together with the Community team and the on-ground partners to ensure deliverables. 

• Assist in the creation of research reports and presentations 

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. 

• Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus 

• Proactive, positive and passionate about market research. 

• Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research design. 

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

• Good conduct of English (oral and written) 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Fresh graduates are encouraged; 1-2 years’ experience is a plus. 

• Bachelor's degree in economics, management, psychology, or related studies 

• Available to work a 1-to-3-month internship. 

• Ready to work in a hybrid role; Monday and Friday (WFA); Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (WFO) at Menara Sentraya, Blok M, South Jakarta.
