Insights Associate - Private Investor / Corporate

Role summary

The Insights Associate will assist private investor/corporate customers leverage data for analysis by understanding their business needs, customizing messaging, and recommending dashboards. This role also entails delivering presentations, addressing data-related inquiries, explaining the impact of real-world factors on data interpretation, and supporting special projects and reports.

Your main responsibilities

• Assist private investor/corporate customers in leveraging data to perform analysis and address key questions by understanding business needs, customizing messaging for specific roles, and recommending relevant dashboards and queries.
• Deliver presentations to private investor/corporate customers showcasing the capabilities and use cases of the data visualization platform.
• Address customer inquiries regarding data nuances and trends.
• Explain how real-world factors can impact data interpretation and guide necessary adjustments.
• Assist with special ad hoc projects, presentations, and reports.

We're looking for someone with:

• 2+ years of experience working directly with external customers and key internal stakeholders.
• Experience in market intelligence, insights, or analytics for a major retailer or consumer-facing company, with a background in retail consulting or sell-side equity/credit research.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• BS or BA in a related field.

Salary

The annual base salary for this role is between $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience, with the opportunity for a performance-based bonus, company equity, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, flexible and generous time off, work-from-home flexibility, and subsidized health benefits.
