Inside Transportation Specialist

We're looking for a dynamic Inside Transportation Specialist to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and top-notch customer service. You'll coordinate vehicle movements using our TMS Platform, working closely with ADESA auction sites and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch transport orders in accordance with customer and site requirements
• Pull and process orders for key accounts (e.g., Chase, FCA)
• Accurately input orders, including correct rates and precise location details, into the system.
• Assign customers and accounts appropriately.
• Validate data integrity prior to dispatch to prevent downstream issues
• Escalate discrepancies or system issues to Senior Specialist or Team Lead
• Assist with inbox management as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Transportation experience preferred, not required.
• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.

Must commute to the Tempe office (5 Days a week)

• Tech-savvy with strong critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in English.
