Inside Sales Specialist – Manufacturing Responsibilities

•    Manage inbound leads, customer inquiries, and quote requests
•    Prospect and qualify new customers to support revenue growth
•    Prepare quotes, proposals, and necessary sales documentation
•    Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ERP system
•    Support sales team members with customer communication and follow-up
•    Assist with coordinating customer meetings, demos, and training events
•    Follow up on trade show leads and marketing-generated opportunities
•    Contribute to outbound calling and email outreach efforts

Inside Sales Specialist – Manufacturing Qualifications

•    3+ years of B2B manufacturing sales experience required
•    Prospecting/cold-calling experience required
•    CRM experience required
•    Must be willing to work onsite in Windsor, CT
