We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Sales team dedicated to the Printing and Packaging sector, and contribute to our expanding Southern Europe region.

This position can be based in Barcelona or Milan.

In this role, you will take on the following responsibilities as an Inside Sales Specialist and a Sales Support Specialist.

Inside Sales Specialist:

  • Drive engagement on the tesaPRO platform (a digital business platform) for collaboration and migration.

  • Continuously improve customer management effectiveness using tesaPRO.

  • Take ownership of assigned LongTail customers and execute sales strategy.

  • Increase sales for specific customer clusters.

  • Onboard customers on tesa PRO and offer 1st level support.

  • Manage remote sales tasks for assigned customer clusters.

  • Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system.

  • Leverage tesa PRO to deploy new products and secure existing business.

  • Build and maintain a project pipeline with new opportunities.

  • Lead management through pre-qualification by phone.

 

Sales Support Specialist:

  • Support Sales with exceptional communication needs

  • Manage and maintain contracts and the bonus pay-out in a dedicated tool

  • Contribute to cross-RBU best practice sharing

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes

  • Facilitate and support bigger customer activities such as: customer events, fairs, trainings and tech days

  • Assist sales with editing tenders and creating quotations

  • Support managing Customer Portals

  • Generate & implement ideas to optimize, ideally digitize core sales supporting processes

  • Contribution to cross RBU best practice sharing (digitization, efficiency, and effectiveness).

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, tech or similar field is preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service/inside sales in industrial markets, preferably in the printing and paper industry.

  • Strong communication skills, specially in virtual meetings and phone calls.

  • Fluency in English, Spanish and Italian (minimum level C1 - written and spoken). French skills are a plus.

  • Strong digital mindset and skills.
