The Role We’re hiring full-cycle Inside Sales Reps who can prospect, run the sales process end-to-end, and close recurring subscriptions. You’ll be making high-volume outbound calls, building rapport fast, uncovering needs, presenting solutions confidently, and asking for the business. This is a role for go-getters who are high energy, competitive, coachable, and motivated to earn. What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day): -Prospect daily through 150+ outbound calls/day (non-negotiable) -Identify and engage decision-makers (owners, agency leaders, sales managers) -Run full-cycle sales: rapport → discovery → pitch → objection handling → close -Sell subscription-based, real-time lead programs (recurring revenue) -Build a pipeline, manage follow-ups, and maintain clean notes in the CRM -Use email + phone + messaging to drive urgency and next steps -Track your activity and performance metrics and consistently hit targets -Participate in training, coaching, call reviews, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For: -2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside sales/closing role preferred) -Proven ability to close deals (not just set appointments) -Comfortable in a high-activity environment (150+ calls/day) -Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, and closing -CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close.com, or similar) -Clear communicator, confident, persuasive, professional -Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home -Competitive, positive, coachable and wants to grow fast Compensation & Benefits: -OTE $75k–$120k (Base + Uncapped Commission; top performers earn more) -Insurance 100% covered by us -Remote work + 3 weeks PTO -Best-in-class onboarding + ongoing advanced sales training -Strong leadership support, coaching, and clear expectations -Real growth opportunities for reps who execute You’ll Thrive Here If You… -Love sales and enjoy the grind of consistent daily activity -Want a company that rewards performance -Can take coaching, improve fast, and execute every day -Want to build a career, not just work a job With offices in both USA, Canada, and India, Z1 Tech is a global organization fostering diversity, collaboration, and progress.
