Uptown Community Resources is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our range of community-oriented programs and resources. Your persuasive communication skills and customer-oriented approach will be essential to drive sales and foster long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and promote our services
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay informed about our service offerings and market trends
Requirements
- Previous experience in inside sales or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent listening skills and a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or relevant field is a plus
