We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Restaurant365. In this pivotal role, you'll be on the front lines, managing the full sales cycle for high-volume inbound leads from restaurants and driving revenue by closing low-unit opportunities. If you are a proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for building relationships and achieving targets, you will thrive in this fast-paced environment. Your success will directly contribute to our company's growth and market presence by helping restaurant operators streamline their business with our industry-leading software.  How you'll add value:
  • Guide restaurant customers with 1 to 2 restaurant locations nationwide through a buying process and sign them to R365 virtually.
  • Maintain weekly activity and pipeline requirements.
  • Maintain ARR quota achievement.
  • Execute a full cycle sales process including prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Be coachable and willing to learn
  • What you'll need to be successful in this role:
    • 1-2+ years’ inside sales experience. 

    • Inside sales experience, in the restaurant industry, preferred 

    • Open to constructive honesty and constant development.  

    • Proficiency and experience in high volume selling with sales transactions and sales cycles less than 30 days 

    • Familiarity with modern AI-copilot and approaches.  

    • Demonstrate continual sales success with SMB level clients in the restaurant industry 

    • Experience with Salesforce and other AI-forward sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team   

    • Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Customer Success 

    • Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems  

    • Excellent written and verbal communication 

    • Ability to be in the Austin office Tuesday-Thursday.  

    R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
  • This position has a payrate of $26.73 - $40.10/hour + commission.
  • The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
