This role will focus on providing excellent customer service and acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed all assigned quotas and sales targets 
  • Understand sales cycles in conjunction with business processes internally and externally 
  • Meet and exceed the sales activity metrics designed to make you productive and successful 
  • Documenting information into Salesforce CRM as you are speaking with customers 
  • Communicating with customers by phone and email 
  • Understanding customers’ needs and discuss solutions (additional products/services) 
  • Quoting and calculating rates for new services accurately 
  • Summarizing the agreement and explain next steps 
  • Interacting with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Working simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases 
  • Using multi-line phone systems 
  • Meeting the measures of success and strive for continuous improvement 
  • Qualifications
  • 2+ years of account management or sales experience 
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and high-energy environment 
  • Coachable and flexible 
  • Self-Motivated and able and the ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment 
  • Skills
  • Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections.
  • Excellent communication skills, via phone and email (clear, enthusiastic; good listening skills; quick understanding of customer needs; strong sales skills; strong follow-up skills)
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly and resourcefully to changing situations.
  • Solid team player with outstanding integrity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or comparable CRM system
