Come join our growing team!  GLS is currently seeking experienced, motivated team players for our current opening for an Inside Sales Specialist!  This key role will be responsible for building strong business relationships with our GLS dealership partners to secure new and additional business, as well as provide support on deals actively in the pipeline. How you will drive value within the organization as an Inside Sales Representative?
  • Utilize your sales and negotiation skills to make 80-120 daily outbound calls to dealers to increase the deal pipeline
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with dealers and serve as a customer success partner
  • Use your strong customer service skills to answer incoming calls and inquiries from dealer partners regarding updates and active deals
  • Work with dealer partners to collaborate and provide deal structure and decisions
  • What should you already know to be a successful Inside Sales Representative?
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous experience in lead generation, inside sales, outbound calling required
  • Ability to work in a goal driven environment and manage an assigned territory
  • High comfort level working with various technology platforms for log information and call details (i.e. Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate
  • Strong internal motivation and desire for quality work
  • Employment Requirements
  • Remain in a stationary position up to 100% of the work day
  • Constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment
  • Talk and hear to exchange accurate information
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
  • This position is full-time
  • Ability to work 100% onsite with a rotational Saturday every other week
