Position Overview: Foxit is seeking a motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by sourcing new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions, with a focus on achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Efficiently manage and respond to all sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Customer Needs Analysis: Understand the specific needs and requirements of potential customers. Engage in meaningful conversations to identify key pain points and offer appropriate solutions and support.
Sales Closure: Confidently close sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of Foxit’s products and services. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Customer Support: Answer potential customers' questions promptly and send additional information via email as required. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Foxit’s products, services, and updates. Act as a product expert to confidently discuss and upsell Foxit’s offerings.
Sales Activity Management: Ensure healthy weekly activity by keeping track of calls, leads, demos, and opportunity progression. Utilize metrics to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
Database Management: Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory. Ensure accurate and comprehensive data entry and management in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
CRM System Maintenance: Improve and maintain the structure of Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking and management of accounts, opportunities, and contacts. Regularly update records to reflect current information.

Qualifications:
Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong phone presence and experience with outbound cold calling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and effectively offer solutions.
Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
