Role focuses on managing the full sales cycle and generating leads to expand Treatwell's salon partnerships through consultative selling.
For us to succeed in creating the perfect hair and beauty experience through our platform, we have a highly driven sales team ready to seek new, attractive salons for us to partner with.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative, to join our sales team in Athens. This is a hybrid role, combining office-based work with flexibility, and includes preparation of client appointments and in-person visits outside of Athens (approximately once per month).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating their own leads, managing the full sales cycle, and converting prospects into satisfied customers and long-lasting partnerships.
As a consultative seller, you will ask our prospects the right questions to guide your pitch and highlight how Treatwell salon software can help them. Equipped with a strong market knowledge, you will be confident in explaining all that Treatwell can do to improve both their customer and business experience. This role will be balancing between outbound sales, with occasional inbound leads.
The position is key in growing our salon portfolio and expanding further and you’ll be a natural in delivering a professional and friendly approach to our partners, ensuring Treatwell is their preferred and trusted brand.
