Inside Sales - Milano

Join a growing team as an Inside Sales member focused on acquiring new clients through teleselling and developing business opportunities.

Nell’ottica di una rapida e continua espansione siamo alla ricerca di un Inside Sales per la sede di Milano in grado di individuare e ampliare nuove opportunità di business.  

La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team commerciale e attraverso un approccio consulenziale si occuperà principalmente di:  

  • Acquisire nuovi clienti attraverso attività di teleselling (vendita telefonica);
  • Analizzare il fabbisogno del cliente per fornire il servizio che soddisfa le sue esigenze;
  • Gestire la trattativa di vendita nell’ottica di sviluppare le opportunità e convertire il lead a 360 gradi, dall'acquisizione, alla negoziazione ed infine alla chiusura del contratto e alla gestione del cliente in portfolio;
  • Creare una pipeline attraverso appuntamenti di follow-up e referenze; 

 

  • Esperienza pregressa nella vendita telefonica (inbound o outbound); 
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
  • Conoscenza del CRM Salesforce (considerato un plus);
  • Forte orientamento all’obiettivo;
  • Proattività e capacità di lavorare in gruppo;
