We are building out our Medicare Advantage sales leadership team as we triple the number of our sales agents in 2026.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced, results-driven Medicare Advantage Sales Manager to help lead and develop the team of full-time in-office licensed health insurance agents.
Your primary responsibility will be owning the overall results of the sales team and their day-to-day performance. Driving enrollment and conversion goals, coaching reps to peak performance, and ensuring compliance with CMS regulations—all while fostering a high-energy, supportive team culture.
This is a high-impact role; our team is growing quickly and the Sales Manager will be a key contributor in not only how we perform as a team but also how we make decisions and improve processes as we grow.
