As a Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a five-person inside sales/order desk team within a busy lighting and electrical distribution company. You will provide leadership, hands-on support, and technical expertise to drive performance, streamline communication, and strengthen the bridge between inside and outside sales. This position includes a salary of $90,000-$110,000.

20% – Hands-on (counter/customer support, calls, or training)
20–30% – Coaching and supervising order desk staff
20% – Process improvement and streamlining workflows
20% – Quote follow-up and house account development
Balance – Coordination with outside sales, suppliers, and leadership
