The position ensures accurate order processing, shipment coordination, documentation, and proactive issue resolution, while providing reliable delivery commitments and after-sales support. By maintaining high data accuracy in ERP/CRM systems and continuously improving logistics workflows, the role directly contributes to service reliability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
