Successful candidates must reside in Kansas City/Overland Park and be able to fulfill a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting excellence: Utilize your strong work ethic and prospecting skills to generate and qualify leads.

Customer portfolio growth: Drive new sales and expand our customer base.

Team collaboration: Engage with the team in daily sales meetings, refine your skills with ongoing training and contribute to a positive work environment.

Achieve sales targets: With training, meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and goals. Earn commissions and incentives on top of competitive base pay.

Transportation market insight: Communicate new product and service opportunities, market developments, and competitive insights.

Schedule management: Effectively manage your daily schedule to maximize productivity.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma required.

Experience: Minimum of two years of sales experience; Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Experience in the transportation industry and inside sales.

Able to work hybrid schedule: The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid schedule which requires the ability work both remotely and in the Kansas City/Overland Park office. Business travel may be available occasionally.
