What you’ll do
Role: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
Start Date: Rolling monthly intake (beginning of each month)
Location: White City, London
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: £60k OTE (uncapped commission)
Responsibilities
Call merchants from a provided lead pool from marketing leads and demo Flatpay solutions over the phone and close contracts
Build and maintain your own pipeline, including generating referrals
Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction
Provide feedback and insights to SDRs, marketing and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution
Commission: Uncapped - exceeding targets increases earnings proportionally.

Skills & Attributes
Highly motivated with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close sales
Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
Resilient, self-starting and driven by commission and results
Organised and structured in managing daily tasks
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with SDRs and operations teams
Background
Experience in end-to-end sales (likely phone-based) with proven quota attainment
Experience selling to SME owners
Comfortable working in a commission-based role
No specific payments industry experience required
