Inside Sales Engineer, Application Security

In this role, you can expect to:

• Act as a domain expert in Digital.ai Application Security products, working across industry verticals such as Finance, Gaming, Insurance, Healthcare and Government.
• Inside Sales Engineering activities, including application assessments, remote product demonstrations, technical qualification, technical value and product proposition, domain guidance, sales and marketing campaign support and customer relationship management.
• Ability to provide guidance on application security, cryptography and other security concepts with strong capabilities in mobile and web application development, testing and deployment.
• Establish and maintain an understanding of the overall Digital.ai technology portfolio and the competitive landscape.
• Focus on the technical aspects of the sales process, emphasising the technical success of prospects, customers and strategic partners.
• Work closely with key client decision makers on demos and proof of value to ensure the product or solution meets the client’s business objectives.
• Build positive relationships with the account executives and business development representatives as a core member of a “pod”.
• Although this is an inside position, you may be asked to travel domestically occasionally.

You may be a good fit for our team if you have:

• Located in Lafayette, IN area
• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 4-5 years experience in Sales Engineering or a similar technical role with a successful track record in supporting wins with enterprise customers
• 1+ years of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Application Security domain  
• Proficiency with C/C++ within the Mobile and Application development space
• Exposure to Java/Kotlin/JavaScript/Objective-C/Swift coding and hybrid mobile frameworks
• Mobile, Web and Desktop application development experience desirable (preference for Mobile)
• Exposure to white-hat hacking techniques and exposure to key hacking concepts
• Good understanding of compilers and linkers, Xcode and Visual Studio. Command line tool programming, web front-end development frameworks such as Angular/Vue/React, XML and JSON, and operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, and Linux
• Familiarity with de-compilers such as JADX, IDA, and Hopper
• Understanding of binary analysis and binary structure, SAST, DAST
• Ability to project manage RFPs and Technical Proof-of-Value projects using tools such as Monday.com
• Self-motivated mindset and the ability to manage time and prioritization

The current salary for this specific job is estimated to be $135,000-145,000 base, plus commission target. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
