About the role
This is a 6 month fixed-term contract opportunity. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of the Commercial function for SEEK. This role is a pivotal position for an internal start-up, supported by the additional resources and opportunities of being part of the SEEK Group.
You will focus on engaging with small to medium-sized enterprises with differing hiring requirements to understand their challenges and successfully convert them to pilot programs to help them achieve their goals of hiring a great candidate. It is suited to someone who enjoys the challenges of developing a career in Sales, likes to be deeply embedded in the business, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and embraces continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
As a phone-based Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for high volume of call attempts a day. This will involve calling, qualifying and closing sales opportunities with existing and new SME clients. Supporting the team objective of accelerating growth, your role is accountable for the following:
