Inside Sales Associate (Hindi and English Fluency is Must )

This role requires making numerous calls daily to drive revenue growth by sourcing new sales opportunities and achieving monthly sales targets.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  2. Understand customer needs and requirements
  3. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  4. Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
  5. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  6. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned accounts
  7. Perform effective online demos to high value prospects
  8. Monday to Saturday working – Sunday fixed off.

Requirements

  1. Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
  2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  3. Strong listening and presentation skills
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
