Inside Sales Account Manager - Property Monitor

As the Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a dual role in driving revenue while ensuring a smooth onboarding and operational experience for clients. You will combine proactive sales activity with strong administrative and coordination responsibilities, managing both the commercial relationship and the backend processes required to successfully onboard, support and retain client accounts. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, you will have to move fluidly between sales, account management and operational tasks, ensuring clients are effectively onboarded, supported and engaged throughout their lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

Sales & Business Development:

    • Proactively engage existing and potential clients via phone, email and digital channels to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
    • Manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities, contributing to monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across products and services.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure strong account relationships.

Account Management & Client Success:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
    • Conduct onboarding sessions and training to ensure clients understand and fully utilise the platform or service.
    • Provide ongoing performance reviews, insights and support to maximise client value and retention.
    • Re-engage inactive or lapsed accounts to drive renewed usage and revenue.

Operational & Administrative Support:

    • Manage backend interfaces and internal systems to support client onboarding, account setup and service activation.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity and onboarding progress within CRM and internal systems.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes, documentation and account configuration to ensure smooth client activation.
    • Support in preparing reports, dashboards and account updates to track client engagement and performance.
    • Work alongside the administration team to provide cover and operational support where required.
    • Assist with wider administrative processes to ensure continuity of service across the team.
    • Liaise with internal teams, including finance, marketing, support and product to resolve client queries and operational requirements.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
    • Valid car and driving licence.
    • 1-3 years of experience as a sales consultant in the Real Estate or similar fields.
    • Experience in Online Marketplaces is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of sales processes;
    • Highly computer literate and online savvy;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
    • Ability to deliver excellent customer experience;
    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

    • Goal-oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas.
    • Flexible – Willing/able to adjust to the needs of the company
