As an ambitious Inside Sales Account Executive & Customer Success Manager, joining our European sales team, you will combine new business development with long-term account management.
You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, closing deals, and then managing and growing your own client portfolio through onboarding, adoption, retention, and upsell.
Your goal is to research and prospect new leads, convert them into appointments, close sales through discovery and demo calls, and ensure long-term customer success.
Responsibilities:
Research, prospect, and qualify new leads through outbound calling, emailing, and onsite visits.
Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Run discovery and demo calls with prospects you have generated.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Convert qualified opportunities into closed deals.
Manage your own customer portfolio after onboarding.
Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing usage of the platform.
Maintain regular contact with clients to drive retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Proactively identify risks, challenges, and growth opportunities within accounts.
Log all activities accurately in the CRM.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales and account management skills.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the full customer lifecycle.
European-based (remote role, with onsite clinic visits).
Strong focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience (including cold calling).
B2B and SaaS experience A MUST.
Strong data handling and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
Highly motivated and eager to learn.
Experience in referral-driven, medical, aesthetic, or cosmetic markets is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
Highly organised with strong work ethic.
Results-driven and relationship-focused.
Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.
Additional languages are an advantage.
Ice-breaker, customer-facing enthusiast with extraordinary listening, negotiation, presentation abilities, problem solving and exceptional customer service skills, who also is a great networker.
Experience working in B2B and luxury/niche B2C companies/the aesthetic industry and or medical field would be a plus.
Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders and taking initiative.
Have a strong consultative nature and customer-centric approach.
